About Andrea

Andrea Wasserman is a visionary, outcome-driven executive with more than 20 years of experience across Consumer and B2B2C sectors with a focus on physical and digital commerce. A bold and caring leader with a track record of building new customer-centric revenue streams, she’s also transformed existing businesses, managed large global teams across all functional areas, and driven growth in the retail, digital, telco, tech, media, and banking industries. Andrea’s expertise spans strategy, CX, digital, product development, marketing, business development, and retail operations.

Andrea’s career has included consulting and financial services, in addition to the general management of commerce businesses. Finding the “new” has been key to driving sales and building long-term brands in every role Andrea has held; she naturally brings a start-up mentality to her work at the forefront of high-growth divisions of large companies. 

Much of what Andrea loved about leading businesses at Nordstrom (National Bridal Director), Sole Society (CEO), Hudson’s Bay Company (SVP/GM eCommerce), Nine West (SVP/Head of eCom + Stores), Verizon (VP Retail Experience), and Yahoo (Head of Global Commerce) has been delighting customers via new business partnerships. She’s led teams in adopting the latest technology, testing creative marketing tie-ups, building sustainable brands, exploring corporate development relationships, and introducing emerging brands into merchandise assortments that needed them.
